Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts or transferring accounts to others without explicit permission.

3. Donations and Tokens

Tokens purchased on the platform are non-refundable once donated to an organization.
Micro-Cent reserves the right to modify token pricing and availability at any time.
Organizations are responsible for properly reporting received donations in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Organization Responsibilities

Organizations must provide accurate information about their activities, mission, and use of funds.
Organizations must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding charitable activities and fundraising.
Micro-Cent reserves the right to remove organizations that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

5. Limitation of Liability

Micro-Cent shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
Micro-Cent does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by organizations on the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

Micro-Cent reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
